| Buffalo News-Retail tenant coming to Granite Works |
The Granite Works residential complex in the 800 block of Main Street in Buffalo will soon have a retail tenant.
Just Vino, a European-style wine bar, will open in July in the reborn building. First Amherst Development, which converted the string of fire-scarred vacant buildings to upscale apartments in 2006, has waited to find “the ideal” retail tenants.

| Business First-Granite Works can toast 1st tenant |
Nearly two years after it opened, the Granite Works building in downtown Buffalo has landed its first retail tenant.
The nearly two-year wait, however, was by design.
"We were trying to be very patient," said Ben Obletz, First Amherst Development president and project developer. "We were waiting for the right use and the right project."
